Sealing can be completed to both dry ducts and active leaks. Pressures of up to 13 bar can be stopped with this system.  Pipe penetrations must be sealed to prevent water ingress into buildings, pits, chambers, manholes and rooms. Without sealing around pipes there is a high possibility of water entering/ departing the structure causing damage, pollution, filtration issues and fire spreading.
