Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) uses top-of-the-range closed-circuit cleaning and dust collector Vacuum Blasting equipment that are ideally suited for surfaces which require complete decontamination, cleaning and profiles.

Vacuum Blasting, like Open Shot Blasting, blasts abrasive material at the surface to be cleaned.

Where Vacuum Blasting comes into its own is that the blast nozzle is housed within a vacuum box which, during operation, forces a tight seal with the work surface. During the process the abrasive material is separated from the waste material and recycled for reuse, ensuring there is residual material left on the work surface.

AQL’s expertise, combined with our high-performance equipment and work processes, ensures the entire cleaning process is completed without disturbing nearby activities, even in live workspaces.

 Vacuum Blasting blasts abrasive materials at floors, roads, ramps and runways. Vacuum Blasting is the same principal as open shot blasting; however, the vacuum blasting unit creates a seal between itself and the surface allowing all material to be collected. This makes for a clean and tidy process, causing minimal disruption, allowing processes to continue as normal.

 Vacuum Blasting is used for numerous different reasons such as;
 Create grip on a surface such as a floor or ramp e.g Car Park, Walkways
 Removal of Rubber on runways, roads and car parks
 Clean dirt and grime off surfaces
 Remove old coatings off surfaces
 Create a keyed or profiled surface to allow for optimal bonding of a new coating.
