introduction
Adrian Queally Ltd (AQL) has a proven track record in the highly specialised area of structural repairing and waterproofing of areas of reinforced concrete of any type and size.
Where possible, AQL uses wet spray process applications, thereby giving our clients significant time and cost savings as we avoid the need for shuttering on vertical surfaces and ceilings. However, for deeper repairs shuttering and build up mortars can be used to repair any damaged or corroded areas.
We only use materials that offer excellent adherence to concrete substrates, excellent thermal compatibility with concrete and maximum resistance against chlorides, carbon dioxide and other chemicals.
We use waterproofing products that avoid the need for a primer, withstands high positive and negative hydrostatic pressures, and can be used as a final layer. The products which are in contact with any potable water are all DWI approved, meaning they are suitable to be in contact with the drinking water.
Repairs to beams, concrete members, walls and floors are all areas AQL can facilitate for more localised and deeper repairs. The area will be prepared and the highest quality materials will be used to facilitate the repair.
Our expertise, technical know-how and choice of materials ensures compliance, on every project, both with international standards and manufacturers’ technical specifications and guidelines.
Concrete that has been damaged, revealing aggregates and left rebar with insufficient cover can be taken care of by AQL. Build up layers of job specific, market leading cementitious materials would be applied to a desired thickness to reinstate the health of the concrete and protect the rebar.
