Surveys, Reports and Design Specification

 It is important to survey concrete and concrete structures before beginning works to evaluate the condition of the structure. Comprehensive surveys are undertaken to allow for all elements to be studied and reported on. It allows for the most effective specification to be put forward and eliminates unexpected works and costs for the client.

 A concrete design specification outlines suggested materials, preparation methods, compliance and installation techniques tailored to the specific project needs.

 The duration of the survey inspection depends on the size and complexity of the structure. Usually, it takes a few hours to complete a thorough assessment. A report is then developed, along with a design specification with the help of our suppliers back at our office. The report and design specification are then returned to the client for review.
