Scope of works
AQL carried out a restoration and protection measures, including: Surface Preparation: The fire damaged areas were cut out, the surface of the pole was mechanically grinded then high pressure washing took place. Concrete Repairs- Fire damaged areas were cut out, cleaned, primed and filled with high strength epoxy mortar. Protective Coating- A protective coating system was applied to the pole to protect the structure from the harsh weather conditions and movement. Remove metal work: All brackets and other metal work were mechanically removed.
