 Yes, high pressure washing is necessary before applying any coating to a surface, unless another mechanical preparation method has been advised by manufacturer. High pressure washing allows for the removal of grime, scum and any other loose material on the surface while also creating a slight profile surface which allows an optimal base for bonding.

All operatives at AQL are trained and highly experienced, which ensures no damage will be done to the concrete. All our high-pressure washing machines can be adjusted to turn up and down the pressure, depending on the situation and the environment.
